PLMJ advises Oxy Capital on the acquisition of a 25% stake in Brasmar

PLMJ advised Oxy Capital on the acquisition of a close to 25% stake in Brasmar Group SGPS, S.A., one of Portugal's largest companies in the sector of deep-frozen and chilled seafood products.

The PLMJ team was led by Duarte Schmidt Lino, partner and co-head of the Corporate M&A practice.
