About Mariana
Mariana is an associate in the Corporate M&A practice and has more than 5 years' experience.
She advises Portuguese and international clients on transactions across a range of sectors and provides ongoing advice to major Portuguese and international companies on corporate and commercial matters.
Mariana holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a Master's in Law and Management from Católica Lisbon School of Law.
