About Mariana
Mariana is an associate in the Corporate M&A practice. With over 5 year's experience in advising Portuguese and international clients on transactions in various sectors, she also advises major Portuguese and international companies on corporate and commercial matters.
Mariana holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a master's degree in Law and Management from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
