About Valéria
Valéria is an associate in the Corporate M&A practice. With over 5 year's experience in advising Portuguese and international clients on transactions in various sectors, she also advises major Portuguese and international companies on corporate and commercial matters.
Valéria holds a degree in law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a master's in law and legal science, specialising in commercial law, from the same faculty.
