About Abel
Abel is a senior counsel in the Real Estate and Tourism practice and has 15 years' experience. He advises investors and real estate developers on transactions involving the acquisition, disposal, leasing and use of all types of property.
He has extensive experience advising on all phases of real estate projects, including the design and implementation of corporate and financing structures.
Abel has represented real estate investors and developers in acquisitions of property portfolios, sale and leaseback transactions, and the development and sale of logistics parks, office buildings, shopping centres and retail parks. He has also advised on urban rehabilitation projects.
