About Luís
Luís is an of counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice. He focuses on providing assistance to Portuguese and international clients in matters relating to his area of expertise, including issues of constitutional and administrative law.
Luís holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa and an LL.M. from Yale Law School. He also has a Ph.D. in Legal-Political Sciences from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon and he is also Assistant Professor of Public Law and International Investment Law.
Before joining PLMJ, he worked in the international arbitration departments of Shearman & Sterling LLP (Paris) and Clifford Chance LLP (Frankfurt), where he was involved in international commercial and investment arbitrations.
