Ricardo Reigada Pereira
Joined PLMJ in 2024.
Partner and co-head of the Real Estate and Tourism practice.
About Ricardo
Ricardo is a partner and co-head in the Real Estate and Tourism practice. He has spent much of his career representing real estate investors and developers in the acquisition and sale of real estate portfolios, sale and leaseback transactions, construction and marketing of logistics parks, office buildings, shopping centres and retail parks, as well as pan-European real estate transactions and IP planning.
He holds a degree in law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a PhD in international taxation from the same faculty.
Ricardo is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, the author of academic articles and a regular speaker at Portuguese and international conferences.
Prior to joining PLMJ, Ricardo was a managing partner at RRP Advogados and, before that, an associate heading the tax team at Linklaters LLP in Lisbon.
