PLMJ advises Impresa on the sale of its stake to the Italian group MFE

Partners Diogo Perestrelo and André Figueiredo led the deal.

PLMJ advised Impresa on an investment agreement with MFE (MediaForEurope), an Italian group. Under the terms of the agreement, MFE now holds a 32.934% stake in SIC's owner. The Balsemão family retains control of the group through the holding company Impreger, with a 33.738% stake.

Completion of the transaction is subject to necessary regulatory approvals, as well as confirmation by Impresa's creditor banks.
