About Marta

Marta is a lawyer at PLMJ, working in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice. With 12 years' experience, her focus is on privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, mobility, advertising, consumer law and technology contracts.

She advises Portuguese and international clients on regulatory and transactional matters, including data protection compliance, negotiating IT contracts, providing advice on digital businesses and managing security incidents.
