Guidelines on prohibited Artificial Intelligence practices
24/02/2025Following the entry into force of the Artificial Intelligence Act (“AI Act”), organisations have been required to comply with the rules on prohibited AI practices since 2 February this year.
The European Commission has now published guidelines on prohibited AI practices (“Guidelines”). We will now look at some of the practical implications of the Guidelines for organisations.
